Two months have passed since the European Parliament adopted amendments to enshrine net neutrality in EU law at the beginning of April 2014. The Telecoms Single Market proposal is now being reviewed by the Council (Member States) of the EU. Rather than sitting back and waiting for the Council to carry out its work, Vice President of the Commission Neelie Kroes has been working hard to dissuade Council members from supporting net neutrality, something she was not able to stop in the European Parliament despite her (sometimes highly dubious) tactics.

Nouveau guide sur les aides d’État en faveur du haut débit dans l’UELa Commission publie aujourd’hui de nouvelles orientations destinées à aider les gouvernements à investir dans le haut débit. Le guide publié s'adresse à toute autorité publique investissant dans le haut débit ou devant examiner des projets cofinancés par les fonds structurels et d'investissement européens.

But we’ll also be more able to import changes from LibreSSL and they are welcome to take changes from us. We have already relicensed some of our prior contributions to OpenSSL under an ISC license at their request and completely new code that we write will also be so licensed.

Le constructeur allemand d'équipements et de pièces détachées pour l'industrie automobile contestait l'usage massif de sa marque par Oscaro.com dès la page d'accueil et sur l'ensemble du site, ainsi qu'un usage répété de la référence Bosch dans les slogans publicitaires radiophoniques. Selon lui, cela excédait les limites d'un usage nécessaire et légitime d'une marque par un revendeur pour la promotion de ses produits et laissait croire aux consommateurs à l'existence d'un lien commercial entre les deux sociétés. La cour d'appel dément ces affirmations. Pour elle, il n'y aucun élément susceptible de créer un risque de confusion dans l'esprit du public. Sur son site, Oscaro.com ne reproduit la marque que pour désigner un article présenté à la vente à prix réduit dans le cadre d'une action promotionnelle visant les produits Bosch. La marque a été utilisée conformément à sa fonction essentielle d'indication d'origine de produits dont le site assure légitimement la distribution au regard de la règle d'épuisement des droits. La cour d'appel rejette également les arguments de Bosch concernant la concurrence déloyale.

Il s'agit d'un script python pour découper une vidéo au moment où un texte - que l'on grep - est prononcé.
Il se base sur les fichiers de sous-titre (srt).
Cet outil peut s'avérer pratique pour aider à créer ce genre de chef d'oeuvre https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WzhW20hLp6M mais encore faut-il avoir le talent et la fibre artistique pour en réaliser la musique et la rythmique associée ;)

Sinon, heureusement que Hadopi sauve les artistes de la faim, hein !
Putain, et si les 10~20 M d’euros envoyés dans la Hadopi depuis le début avaient été distribués à quelques étudiants talentueux et qui auraient pu faire changer l’économie française ? Mais non, on préfère donner tout ça à de vieux cons de PDG de maisons disques…
