really concerned about whether my nose is broken or not or if i have some kind of fucked up nose blood clot that could potentially cause me huge problems since i was being rowdy and got headbutted accidentally but it didn’t bleed, it’s been sore in just the septum region for about two days now so i can’t stop worrying, i don’t want my nose to be even more messed up than it already is from when i broke it before ;_; also just feeling like im on the edge of oblivion from barely getting any sleep and not having any appetite whatsoever and it feels like i could just wither away
