I mean really though, it’s not like Araki is trying to pass the Bechdel test here. Everything in JoJo is sexualized. Fuck, the antagonists in the exact same part Lisa Lisa is in, wear fucking loin cloths! Why not just accept the fact that JoJo is great and Lisa Lisa is great despite having a bath scene.

first of all, do you even know what the bechdel test is, second, we’re not saying that jojo isn’t great, we’re just frustrated by the fact that lisa lisa was sexualized, and finally when was the last time in battle tendency through stardust crusaders did you see a scene in which a man was sexualized in such a way that renders them vulnerable in their own nakedness and reduced to nothing but their attractive features. 

like i don’t know why all of you think that we vehemently hate jojos by giving it the social criticism that it is most definitely not exonerated from
