You've been posting a lot about sleep related things lately and I think I may have something for you, I once had a dream segment where me and a group of friends gathered around and put our hands on our hips, had our left leg step slightly to the side and point your foot up with your heel on the ground and your left leg stationary. after this dream the next day I had all of them, along with some others act it out. since then I've never had that sequence again, you should try it out, could help
