I definitely wouldn’t say i’m a nun or anything but i do love to make others happy, though sometimes it gets a little out of hand and i forget to think about what i should do for myself, especially when it comes to people i care about a lot- i tend to place way more importance on their needs than my own, and that can annoy people, so i’m trying really hard to set new limits for myself and respect myself more

i try to focus on something, like some form of fun exercise like dancing or riding my bike or swimming which helps me relax a lot, or i listen to music and think about things until they become less overwhelming : ^)
