how old even was i in 2002 though uM 

when i was  9??? I guess i mainly listened to whatever my parents played but i hated most of it, like barenaked ladies and Jewel and shit. when I was alone i’d usually listen to my sailor moon CD or final fantasy music or this one techno remix of fur elise for some reason??? That was like the first techno song i heard and i luved it. I listened to it all the time. It’s pretty shitty but it’s probably one of the least embarrassing types of music i liked in my  early youth. I also really liked Britney Spears!!! I had all her CDs :^ ) 
I guess when I was 10 I still listened to the same types of music but then I started getting into The Doors and Tom Petty because my parents listened to that stuff, and then when I turned 11 and made my middle school debut……..i decided i was going to be a hardxcore punk. I shopped at Hot Topic and listened to Green Day and thought they were the punkest rock band ever. The first album i bought was American Idiot but I acted like i was the true green-day fan just because I had heard their earlier “hits” on the radio a few times while on my way to ballet practice years prior. i was a true and honest punk rocker. GreenDye inspired me to write “RE-DEFEAT BUSH” and “BUSH IS DUMB” all over my driveway in chalk, which was the punkest thing ive ever done and im sstill rpoud of it. I luvd being a punk and i even wrote my own lyrics sometimes, i think i wrote about how i hated preps once but i don’t remember, those lyrics are lost in time. anYWAY, once I moved up to 7th grade I started broadening my musical horizons, and by that I mean that i listened to the fall out boy CD my parents got me for my birthday and i got a bit of a boner for “emo” music :^ ) I listened to a lot of panic at the dingo :^ ) the friends that i had, well I dunno if they were even friends because they were mostly just people i followed around at school, were in the emo/scener crowd!! so i wanted to be a scener kid like them too and be cool!! i tried to get into screamo and metal and stuff but i didn’t really like it, i just pretended to like it to be a cool cat. i became a delinquent and nobody wanted to fuck w/me. it was around this time that i made a myspace page and discovered lots of other music!!! in 8th to 9th grade I started moving away from GrenDoy and listened to electronic music and indie stuff like andrew bird!!! and maybe some 80’s pop music which is fun and cool!!  But then i also started listening to anime cartoon music!!! I had a split personality…one side was a normal teenager who listened to hot underground beats….and the other was an anime-loving teen who was scared to show her true self and be beat up by anime-hating jocks……i had an internal battle with this for years..i couldnt accept my true and honest self. i never really talked about what music i liked with anyone because i was too scared!! and im not even being an ironic asshole about that part despite the exclamation points!! i think once i entered college i stopped caring as much :^ ) I listen to a lot of things, i can’t really say what genres i like because i just listen to whatever sounds good to me I guess, like just the other day I listened to some selena gomez don’t jUDGE mME she has a song that reminded me of freezepop fuckdsufckfuckfuckfuck. i’m trying to expand my music folder since i had a pretty sizeable one on my old computer but once i got a laptop i was super lazy and used my dad’s music folder on the network thing since i don’t have much space on my own computer!! i think i’m doing a good job so far :^ ) ill be a punker queen again soon and astound everyone with my gigantic library of simple plan and avenged sevenfold, even  my boyfriend will envy me, fuck off
