long story short a family member of my boyfriend got her at a reptile expo along with a chinese water dragon because she saw that they were being mistreated and felt bad for them (the bearded dragon is missing part of her tail and some toes because apparently the guy who was selling them forgot to feed them one day and they all attacked eachother : / ) reptile expos sound so horrible and i hate it… anyway now she’s pretty much me & steven’s pet lizard, and we did a lot of research on what it needs to eat and what it needs in its enclosure and how warm they should be etc and it’s daunting but i want to help, shes a very sweet lizard and she likes to sit on my hand and have her head stroked a little
