just thinking about the times ive been sick before is enough to make me start feeling ill again, it’s fucking baffling, obviously it’s some kind of anxiety problem but it needs to go away -_-

im in constant fear of getting sick again because my stomach is so easy to upset and just staying up an hour or two later than I’m “supposed” to is enough to make me end up lying in bed shivering and feeling like i’m going to throw up and die, so most of the decisions i make throughout the day are made out of the desire to avoid feeling ill at all costs, it’s annoying 

EVERY DAY time goes by way too fast and suddenly it’s already 10 pm and I think “well I shouldn’t go out to record now..i’ll be out there until 4 am and end up sick again because i stayed up too late O_O” and i never get anything doooone holy shiiiiiiiit
