Opppai (おっぱい) is the Japanese word for meaning hope. In Japan when you want to give someone hope you tell them, 私のおっぱいを感じる which means. 

"I’ll give you my hope."

clarification! it’s kind of an older greeting, so it’s more customary to say it to, for example, a mother-in-law, or really any older person you meet.

in fact, instead of oppai/おっぱい, you can increase politeness with the honorific kyonyuu (巨乳) instead
