Encore des patches sur les sas de la Station, signé par tout l’équipage de l’Expédition 65 cette fois-ci ! Avec 2 relocalisations (notre crew dragon et le Soyouz la semaine dernière) et quelques passages de vaisseaux cargo on a beaucoup apposés nos signatures. Il reste encore un mois mais on sent que l’Expédition 65 touche à sa fin. On attend de la visite aujourd'hui, et les prochains membres d’équipage au long cours seront là à la fin du mois... après 5 mois sans voir de nouvelles têtes, ça fait pas mal de changements ! Megan, Mark, Piotr, Shane, Aki, Oleg et moi sommes liés pour la vie, on a vécu une expérience exceptionnelle, accompli pas mal de de choses et on s’est même amusé au passage. Vive l’Expédition 65 !

We did two spacecraft relocations (our SpaceX Crew Dragon and Soyuz last week), four spacewalks and some cargo spacecraft came and went too so we got to sign many patches. But then we also sign the Expedition patch. It feels somewhat like Expedition 65 is coming to an end, even if it still goes on for another month, but today and end of October we have new people arriving at the Station, marking the end of spending five months just the seven of us: Megan, Mark, Pyotr, Shane, Aki, Oleg. We are a tight-knit group, we got so much work done and had fun while doing it, Expedition 65 rocks!

Le départ du Dragon-cargo jeudi dernier, vu depuis les hublots du Dragon-équipage. Ça fait bizarre de penser que le prochain désamarrage de ce genre sera… le nôtre :flushed: On doit d’abord accueillir des visiteurs cette semaine puis les prochain occupants de l’ISS: le Crew-3 ! J’ai hâte de voir Tom, Kayla, Raja et Matthias (et Anton) nous rejoindre :)

Cargo Dragon CRS-23 undocking last week, seen from the windows of its cousin Crew Dragon. Mixed emotions to think that the next such undocking from the Space Station will be... us! First though we welcome visitors this week and the next crew up here in their Dragon, looking forward to seeing you soon Tom, Kayla, Raja and Matthias – also known as Crew 3 and of course my good friend Anton!

Nos piments rouges :hot_pepper: ont fleuri ! Megan leur a passé de la musique (les Red Hot Chili Peppers oui, la blague était inévitable #désolé). Je ne m’attendais pas à ce que ce soit si agréable de s’en occuper. Les plantes apportent un peu de vie dans cet environnement froid bardé de technologie, sans compter les odeurs :nose: (et bientôt le goût :tongue: !) La Terre me manque, et particulièrement tous les aliments frais qu’elle nous offre.

:hot_pepper:Red hatch chili peppers. Yes we played them music, yes we played them Red Hot Chili Peppers (Megan did). I didn't anticipate how good it was to see :eyes:(and smell :nose:, and feel :tongue:) plants up here, something alive in the middle of all this cold technology. I miss our Earth, and all the wonderful food it has to offer!
