Hanging out

Life on board series: hanging out between manoeuvers. We don’t wear the spacesuit during the whole ascent, only for the dynamic phases (launch and docking)... well, except if for example you have to prepare for a debris avoidance manoeuver... The rest of the time we wear T-shirt, polos, cargo pants... :tshirt: like on the International Space Station what do you think of astronaut fashion?

Shane lookin' out the window

Second time I fly to space with Shane, and he was as happy as me to see the view again. So beautiful it blinds you if you don't wear the appropriate eyewear... and it's never too dark to be cool :sunglasses:

Shane working the control panel with Aki... our zero-gravity indicator, the stuffed penguin, is barely hiding from view!

Shane travaille sur le panneau de contrôle avec Aki. Notre indicateur de pesanteur, un pingouin en peluche, est caché quelque part :mag:

Megan in Dragon

Megan, back to space after her Shuttle mission in 2009 is enjoying the view from the Dragon's front hatch (the one that later opened to the Space Station!)

Megan, de retour dans l'espace après sa mission à bord de la navette spatiale en 2009, admire la vue depuis l'écoutille avant (celle qu'on a ouvert plus tard pour entrer dans la ISS).
