Biden has forgiven the student debts of students who borrowed to pay for fraudulent for-profit colleges.

It is ok for a business to teach a specific practical skill, but dressing them up as colleges is harmful since that leads students into thinking of them as something like colleges. We should put an end to that. Biden promised to forgive other student debt, but he has not done so.

Global heating and extreme rains

Global heating brings more extreme rains. New York City experienced flooded streets and subway stations because its drains could not cope with the rainfall.

The cost of adapting systems to cope with this will grow at an accelerating rate unless we curb global heating.
