Student Grant Neal was punished by Colorado State University for "raping" his girlfriend, based on a suspicion that her roommate had, while his girlfriend insisted no such thing had happened.

Use of encryption apps at the White House

As the infant checks White House staff's phones for encryption apps they might have used to send leaks, we should be reminded that officials can also use encryption apps to hide communications from public records laws.

However, there are many other ways they can do that which won't go through their phones at all.

Wikileaks exposes Turkish minister's lie

Leaked emails, published by Wikileaks, tie a Turkish minister to an oil company accused of buying oil from PISSI.

The minister is Erdoğan's son-in-law, and possibly his intended successor.

There is no proof that the company bought oil from PISSI, but the fact that the minister lied about whether he had contacts with that company proves he is dishonest.

PISSI means the Pseudo-Islamic State in Syria and Iraq.

Pollution in Bangalore lakes

Pollution dumped in the lakes is making Bangalore uninhabitable. The lakes catch fire and the canals spew toxic foam that can crack car windshields.

The level of corruption has made it impossible to control the pollution.

Perhaps Ulsoor Lake will have to be renamed Ulcer Lake.

US privacy law

The troll has tried to exclude non-citizens from US privacy law, apparently to make various agencies' data about them available for deportation. The ACLU is suing to defeat this.
