Yes I know it's why I will use the reverse proxy : if someone want to access status.vini/something he will see social.vini/something but in the adress bar the URL will be status so it won't break links etc :)

I hope the salmons ostatus etc URLs are like the avatars -> updated so I hope that if I change with the reverse proxy other instances will still be able to contact my instance and maybe the salmons URLs will be updated 2/3

My !gnusocial instance is not http://s.vinilox.eu/256 but http://s.vinilox.eu/1gB I just added this 2nd frontend as a 2nd choice (because floss software is also choice) but I think @mattl doesn't want any status.something on this page …
