Toutes les montagnes du monde sont très photogéniques depuis l'espace, surtout au soleil levant ou couchant : la lumière rasante accentue l'effet de relief et découpe les pics et les vallées. À l'échelle globale la terre a peu de relief (moins qu'une balle de golf en proportion), mais oui OK, moi aussi quand je suis en montagne j'ai une impression toute différente ! ⛰

I love mountains and enjoyed capturing them from space. When the Sun sets on Earth, the mountains make vast shadows that accentuate the 'bumpiness' of our planet. Relatively speaking Earth is very smooth, if you enlarged a pool ball to the size of our planet it would have much higher peaks and troughs! Of course this fact doesn't help you much when you live in the shadow of a mountain, you get less sunlight each day.
