Si on voulait être tatillon, on dirait que :
1KB = 1000B (système international)
1KiB (kibibyte) = 1024B
et ainsi de suite :)

A noter que n'importe quel analyseur statique un poil malin sera capable de convertir des trucs comme "SELECT mean(\"total\")  / (1024 * 1024 * 1024)" (plus lisible) en "SELECT mean(\"total\")  / 1073741824".
