Yahoo's anticompetitive behavior: users of Tumblr and Flickr (and many other services owned by Yahoo) will not be allowed to use email addresses hosted by AT&T. Those whose accounts use such addresses will be cut off from them.

If the US had proper enforcement against anticompetitive behavior, as it did in the 1960s, Yahoo would be paying fines of millions of dollars a day.
