Keeping Abu Anas al-Liby prisoner on a ship violates Geneva conventions; it is not as bad as other recent US treatment of prisoners, but still not right.

If Abu Anas is not a prisoner of war, then he can only be a criminal suspect under arrest. Was he informed of his Miranda rights before questioning?
