Uber propagandized Californians to pass Proposition 22, which allowed companies to treat drivers as precarious contractors. Now Albertsons, which owns several chains of supermarkets (Vons and Safeway, as well as Albertsons) is firing unionized delivery employees and switching to contractors.

I won't have a supermarket deliver, not even with union workers, because I can't do that anonymously.
