The Ferguson thugs confirm that a thug shot at Michael Brown as he was running away.

Apparently that shot did not hit Brown, but that miss is no excuse for shooting at someone who was no threat.

After they shot Brown, the thugs did not allow a nurse to perform CPR.

That amounts to deliberate murder.
