A underwater drone has been constructed that can recognize and destroy the starfish that are eating the Great Barrier Reef.

The biggest threat to the Great Barrier Reef (and most of the ecosphere) is fossil fuel combustion. Could we design a drone to recognize and destroy oil wells?
