*Pentagon says it is monitoring Chinese spy balloon spotted flying over US.*

• If it can't get any information that China's satellites cannot get, why did China bother to send it? I suspect it is doing something useful against the US.

• I wonder if there is any way to snag that balloon and bring it down to the ground, so as to study it. That would be better in two ways than shooting it and destroying it.
