Republicans in Minnesota want to impose huge liability on protesters convicted of even minor "crimes."

Since those "crimes" mean basically whatever a thug says, civil disobedience (and maybe all mass protest) would be crushed.

This reminds me of the Israeli repression method of imposing unlimited liability on anyone who advocates any sort of political boycott against Israeli colonization of Palestinian territory.
