Mouth-foaming right-wing Governor Abbott of Texas privately admitted that "reopening the economy" would spread Covid-19.

The people who get sick, and the fraction that die, will mainly consist of poor people, and they don't matter to a Republican except to stop them from voting.

The bully publicly admits that this will happen, but says it is ok because "people are dying the other way too."

It is true that poor people are dying from poverty in the US, but that is something we could easily fix, if only the Republicans permitted it.
