Buttigieg's campaigns is giving refunds to donors who are disappointed by his plutocratist attitudes, because they though he was a progressive.

I will never vote for Buttigieg, and I am glad that people are spreading the word about his support for plutocracy. However, I take issue with the idea that campaigns owe refunds on demand. It is reasonable to conceive of the spending of campaign funds as first-in, first-out. In those terms, the early donations have already been spent.
