Public school spending cuts
samedi 23 août 2014 à 14:00The public school reality that white Americans won't see: cuts in spending, especially on schools in poor neighborhoods, track the children (mostly minority groups) into bad lives (or prison).
The various "education reform" programs that the US has seen since 2000 in effect pretend to compensate for these cuts with burdensome handwaving. The result is that poor American children have been forced into what we might call "reform school".
