The possibility of resuming Obama's non-nuclear deal with Iran is fast ebbing away.

The blame for this falls on the wrecker, who cancelled the deal for his own personal ambition (the main reason for everything political he does).

Secondarily, it seems to fall on the Iranian hard-liners, for preferring to make Iran a nuclear power, and on Biden, who gave insufficient priority to avoiding that.
