The US would do well to stop obsessing with the September 2001 terrorist attacks. Pledging to dwell on them perpetuates the fear-driven errors and injustices of those years.

Where I was on September 11, 2001 is not important. What I did that day would have been important, if it had succeeded. I started writing an article about the next attack, which I foresaw would be directed at Americans' freedom by American officials in the name of "security".
