An Illinois law requiring companies to give notice of any biometric surveillance is starting to get in the way of some businesses, so they are pushing to repeal it.

That's what plutocracy looks like.

If you live in Illinois, I suggest you tell your state legislators you want more restrictions on surveillance, not less.
