A mass protest was held in China against a new chemical plant suspected of planning to produce paraxylene, which is carcinogenic.

Maybe this plant won't produce paraxylene, but with governments and companies so dishonest (and not only in China), how can anyone believe that? Everyone is better off if states force companies to be honest.
