It is common for landlords to offer women a lower rent in exchange for sex. Some of them try to go beyond just offering.

I don't think it is wrong to offer a room in exchange for sex, if it is offered honestly. The problem is when rents get so high and unaffordable that many people have no real option to decline such offers.
