The Emirates ambassador to Russia suggests applying some measures against funding terrorism to his own country as well as to Qatar.

That might be a good deal for all the countries in this dispute to make.

Note, however, that it is useful in the service of peace that Qatar allows organizations such as the Taliban to maintain offices there, because that offers a way to negotiate with those organizations.
