A number of activists and researchers say that regenerative agriculture can restore soils while absorbing lots of CO2 from the air.

The claims may be valid or they may be pseudoscience. I don't know enough to judge, and I don't know of a scientific consensus I can trust.

But seems established that we are losing topsoil fast with our current system. We need to stop that loss. If regenerative agriculture is the way to do that, then we need to use it — and we will see what effect it has on greenhouse gases in the air.
