Brazil has accused Canada of spying on Brazil's Mining and Energy Ministry.

That ministry probably does not engage in "terrorism" in the usual sense, but it does something worse: pouring CO2 into the air. However, Canada's government is not trying to stop that, rather to compete to fry our planet even faster. This would be industrial espionage, pure and simple.
