The EFF has published a complete list of the locations of the highly visible US surveillance towers on the border with Mexico. The US government has a list but has refused to publish it.

These towers surveil everyone in the border region constantly, but they are not the only method. Citizens that live in or visit the border are frequently stopped or harasssed while they drive.
