Australia has set up a special snorkeling tour for representatives of countries that will soon vote on whether to label the Great Barrier Reef as in danger.

I suppose the tour will cherry-pick parts of the reef where not much damage is to be seen, like tours of Israel or tours of the Soviet Union. Can environmentalists invite the ambassadors to another tour, to show the damage to the reef?
