The US Justice Department published a report saying that section 215 of the PAT RIOT Act did not produce "any major case developments". On the same day, Attorney General Lynch claimed the FBI desperately needs section 215 because it has been important for major cases.

What Lynch is doing is called "fear-mongering" and "lying".
