Most of of the protests in Colombia have been peaceful recently. However, in Cali, protesters have made barricades blocking roads. Official state thugs attack the protesters, sometimes killing or maiming them. Unidentified nonuniformed thugs joined in shooting at protesters.

If the protesters manage to kill or capture one of those, maybe it will be possible to determine what their affiliations are.
