The troll is looking at changing the US constitution so he can sue those that publish accusations that he denies. That would include anything which is negative about him, since he calls such facts "false news".

This announcement came just after he reminded Americans that May 1 is "Loyalty Day", on which we are supposed to remember our loyalties to the principles of the United States, such as freedom of the press.
