The Australian government has taken 14,000 aboriginal children away from their parents, in many cases without giving any reason, and is planning to legislate an excuse to make the removals permanent.

This makes me think of the children that were taken away from dissidents in Argentina who were murdered by the US-supported military rulers. Grandparents continue to try to find them.
