Eu à m'occuper d'un s3 mini sim-locké, apparemment 'impossible" :) Une partie de la méthode est sur cette page^^ au milieu d'un gros bordel, alors voici la bonne méthode ameliorée quand rien ne fonctionne. A mon avis la technique doit pouvoir s'adapter à d'autres..

0.5 You need a valid working sim card of the main provider while doing this actions:
1  Dial *#197328640#, it will take you to the service menu
2  Choose UMTS, or, if UMTS is missing, choose [1]Debug Screen directly
3  Choose [8] Phone Control
4   Choose [6] Network Lock
5  You will see "Not Active", you need to press the Settings/Options soft button (button on the left), and you will get a list of options
6   From the list choose the third [3] line, and enter the following text: SHA256 OFF
7  After 10-20 seconds you will see a returned value, I had 6
8. Press menu choose line 2 - back (WAIT 1 min)
9. Press line 4 - select
10 Type NW Local NV Data INITIALIZE
11  Wait about a minute and reboot.
12  Boot up the phone with the blocked sim card from a restricted provider, put sim-pin then 00000000 as unlock code.
