"DSMP2 for MS Windows offers the possibility to monitor various hardware sensors of a PC such as fan and temperature via SNMP and to send SNMP traps if thresholds are exceeded. DSMP2 supports a large number of monitoring ICs. Scripts for nagios3 are included."
