Customer's Guide: How to interact with Tech-Support
You don't know how to read anymore.
When you call It guy: two options, be rude immediatly and yelling, or more subtile, being nice at first (you can even say Hi !) and be rude after.
Don't try to explain what's wrong, just say "it doesn't work".
Never try to understand the IT guy, even the most simpliest question (eg: What's your browser ? Hewlett Packard !)
Never listen/understand the IT guy, instead, start to complain immediately.
When the IT guy ask you to do something, just say nothing and wait 2 minutes.
If it's your second call to the support and if it's have nothing related with your first call, start your sentence with "since my * first call, my computer's is not working anymore"
Don't try to be helpful, when the IT guy ask you to execute something, answer "but i'm not in front of my computer, i'm at work/home"
Be rude, ALWAYS ! IT people are worthless.
When you have a problem, please wait a week before calling the support and be sure your first sentence will like : "I need to use my computer ASAP, i need to send a mail before noon"
Forget how to brain
It's ALWAYS the IT guy's fault, be sure to remind him that.
Randomly ask "Right click or left click ?"
Ask them to repair your tv, console, dvd player because hey, it's electronic. Also, can you give a look at my washing machine ?
Request an intervention ASAP, you can menace them to do that, yelling and ask to talk to a manager. When your computer is repaired (very quickly) and they tell you you can take it, tell them "oh, i'm in hollydais for 2 weeks", they'll be pissed off.
Don't forget to use term as "incompetent, useless, moron, my nephew of 5 years could have done it, you don't know what you are talking about, can i talk to someone else, stupid people (be creative in the hard way)
Don't try to understand these internet things, it's wizardry.
If the IT guy prove you're wrong/dump/crazy, hang-up IMMEDIATELY !
If he ask you "Could you reboot the machine, please ?", just switch off/on your monitor and stay silent.
