Requirements

   Bsc. In computer science or related discipline
   Proven track record of architecting distributed big data solutions.
   Strong understanding of virtual machine technologies, physical machines, networking and storage systems.
   7+ years of experience working in Linux/Unix environment.
   Expert level experience with Big Data Technologies (e.g. HDFS, Hive, HBase, Spark, Kafka, Yarn, Storm, Splunk).  Understands the concepts and technology of the ecosystem around real-time/streaming, interactive and batch processing workloads.
   Expert level experience in Java.
   Expert level experience with Shell Scripting, Perl and Python.
   Experience in Scala programming is highly desirable.
   Experience with containerisation solutions such as docker and vmware is desirable
