Ghost out of the box uses external Google hosted fonts for Droid Serif and Open Sans font type. From my past experience, these fonts can be slightly larger than an optimised set of the same fonts. As such I have removed the externally hosted Google fonts and uploaded an optimised size set of locally hosted fonts.
