He’s creepy but at least s/he’s not attacking you or anything? Maybe try telling her/him you’re in a relationship and that you wouldn’t likely get involved with them anyway?     

the uh cat catterson person doesn’t really bother me that much it just seems like they’re joking around, it’s the person who is like AHM HMM YES I USED TO HARRASS THIS PERSON BY CONSTANTLY CALLING/TEXTING HER CELL PHONE EVERY DAY, U SHOULD STALK HER  ; ) who really gets on my nerves
