every time i think about “outdoor” dogs or cats i get super angry, like unless you live on a farm or in the country with a big yard and you regularly go outside and socialize with your pets, what the fuck is the point in getting a pet if you’re going to shove it outside and forget about it
the people next door have this dog that they keep chained up outside all the time and it barks constantly because of how bored and distressed it is
if you’re going to do something like that to a living creature you shouldn’t be allowed to own animals at all
