Hey about your dream situation, I used to do the same thing, about a year ago. I would go to sleep and dream some fucked up dreams, ones that I don't even wanna tell you, but when I woke up I would feel exhausted and emotionally distressed. After about a month of dreaming these fucking dreams/nightmares I felt like I was going insane. I looked up what to do and what could help and I saw people suggesting Melatonin so I went and bought some and it worked! Try taking Melatonin before bed.

i think i tried a drink with melatonin in it and it didn’t seem to do much, but isn’t melatonin supposed to give you weird dreams??? whenever i heear about it, it’s from people saying “yo i had the most fucked up dreams last night because i took melatonin”
