Have you ever had to deal with any sort of mental illness? And if so tips on how to recover?

i deal with it daily and recovery is a long ongoing process..I guess I have COPING tips?? Keeping a journal or filling out one of those therapy books can help, also just putting together a list of a bunch of things you can do to help you feel better and going through the list when you’re having a bad time..like watch a nice movie, talk to your pet, color a picture, cook your favorite food, take a bath, general stress relief stuff. But everybody’s different..i’m no expert really @_@ i’m still figuring it out myself
