This will assist you in determining what responses you get from them. Create affection for your customers and approve of their presence to make them feel free when interacting with you.

Requesting for feedbacks by your customer from time to time is the next important thing. Engage with your customers now and then for critical information on your product. You may need to adopt measures that encourage your customers to give back information about their product experience. As the seller, it is your responsibility to keep your customer informed of improvements or introduction of new products in the market.

Taking the responsibility to seek market information is a wise undertaking. Among the proven ways of obtaining data is by conducting a market survey. Make it your business to ask for comments from your customers in case they do not give any feedback.

Ensure you are good at hearing others out. Failure to listen to your customers well may lead to your not being able to pinpoint what it is they want keeping in mind customers seek to be listened to and understood.
